Used Car Sales Executive

First Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our expanding automotive division. Responsibilities Greeting customers on the sales floor and determining their vehicle needs and preferences. Professionally demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Negotiating sale prices and trade-in values to finalise agreements in a clear and transparent manner. Managing all sales documentation and coordinating with the finance department to secure approvals. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our used vehicle inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings. Ensuring the vehicle display area is well-maintained, clean, and attractive to customers. Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a customer database.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the used car or automotive industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly. A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Must hold a valid Bahraini driving licence. Good knowledge of various car makes, models, and their features. Self-motivated, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
