Enforce facility policies and procedures, providing a strong presence that deters unwanted activities while maintaining a respectful atmosphere. Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation, ensuring all security events are recorded accurately for future reference. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security management or criminal justice is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of relevant security or law enforcement experience, demonstrating a proven track record in safety and risk management. Possession of a valid security guard license or certification, adhering to local regulations and requirements. Ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued for diverse environments.
