Network Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Access all network elements ( provider Routers, Edge routers, Edge switches, and DWDM nodes) to review all the running configuration and validate all the provisioning service against the active service orders in RAS. Create the required CRs to implement the required changes per service or account. Establish direct communication with the respective teams of B2B services to cross-check the provisioned services and to reconcile the services. Report all the mismatches to the respective stakeholder and based on the agreed actions. Reconcile all the records of the network with the Cacti and ensure that the wrong or cancelled records are cleaned from all systems. Generate monthly reports of reconciliation findings and progress with management. Escalate any delay or challenges that slow down the activity and report any findings that impact the project's objective. Desired Candidate Profile Experience in Routing and Switching in the service provider domain. CCNP certification (equivalent or higher) Excellent in Excel and very good in MS applications. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
