Sales Administrator

Administration Handle overall office administration including stationery, housekeeping, utilities, and vendor coordination. Manage travel arrangements, schedules, and administrative support for Sales Managers. Coordinate payments to office vendors and liaise with CA office for bookkeeping, expenses, and documentation. Manage guest and VIP arrangements, including travel, stay, and hospitality. Sales Support Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales/export-import documentation. Coordinate with banks, CA, freight forwarders, and shipping companies for document submission. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS. Support inquiry generation, customer coordination, and sample arrangements. Coordinate with Head Office on sales-related tasks. Marketing & Field Support exhibitions and marketing activities, including promotional materials and vendor coordination. Assist with basic marketing execution and social media coordination. Conduct telephonic/field surveys and support sales tours when required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree preferred. 2-5 years of experience in sales or office administration. Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
