SaaS Growth Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We're looking for a driven SaaS Growth Specialist to own sales and marketing for a B2B software product operating in the fitness and wellness industry across the Levant and MENA region. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, is comfortable doing both outbound sales and hands-on digital marketing, and can build a repeatable growth engine from the ground up. What You'll Do Identify and prospect potential clients through direct outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and phone Conduct product demos, handle objections, and close subscription deals Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta) and content strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn Build and maintain a CRM pipeline, track conversion metrics, and report on growth KPIs weekly Support onboarding of new clients to ensure early success and reduce churn Develop case studies, testimonials, and referral programs to drive word-of-mouth growth Desired Candidate Profile What We're Looking For 2 – 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, growth marketing, or a combined role Comfortable with both outbound hustle and inbound content – you don't wait for leads Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and social content creation Data-driven mindset – you track what works and cut what doesn't Background in or interest in fitness, wellness, or hospitality is a plus Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords SaaS Growth Specialist Get real-time job updates only on our App
