Coordinator - Service Process

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and optimize daily service operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and timely resolution of consumer electronics issues. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, technical teams, and sales, to align service delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery and identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Preferred candidates who have experience in the consumer electronics industry. 2-4 years of experience in service operations, process coordination, or a similar role. Proven experience in developing and implementing operational procedures and workflows. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and service desk tools.
