Housing / Camp Shift Coordinator
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily housing and camp accommodation operations. Supervise shift activities and ensure smooth and efficient camp operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date housing records, occupancy data, room allocations, and resident information. Coordinate room assignments, transfers, check-ins, check-outs, and accommodation requests. Communicate company housing policies, procedures, and practices clearly to camp residents. Handle residents’ inquiries, requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding accommodation, maintenance, cleaning, security, and other camp-related services. Monitor camp facilities and report maintenance, safety, or operational issues to the concerned departments. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly housing and camp operation reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, housing standards, and camp rules. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and housing records. Resolve operational issues using sound judgment, tact, and effective problem-solving skills. Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain continuity of camp operations. Perform other housing and camp administration duties as assigned Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Housing Operations, Camp Management, Accommodation Management, or a similar role. Proven experience in managing employee housing or camp accommodation operations. Experience maintaining accurate housing records, occupancy records, and resident information. Strong ability to communicate company policies, procedures, and practices clearly and professionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with camp residents. Strong judgment, tact, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced camp environment. Ability to work on shift schedules, including weekends and holidays when required. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Previous experience in large workforce camps, construction camps, industrial camps, or remote-site accommodation is preferred.
