Business Unit Manager

Responsible for managing the sales operations of the assigned business unit, leading the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of business, manpower, and performance targets. Key Responsibilities Achieve unit sales, manpower, quality, and budget targets. Recruit, train, and develop new team members. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team. Implement sales strategies and action plans. Conduct joint fieldwork and support team performance. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies. Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales process. Maintain professional conduct and ethical business practices. Participate in company training and development programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products. Minimum 3 years of Life Insurance sales experience with leadership role. Familiar with the UAE Life Insurance market. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in business software and MS Office applications. UAE driving license preferred.
