Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages. Promote bakery and pastry products to customers. Handle billing and payment transactions when required. Maintain cleanliness of the dining and display areas. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries politely. Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff for smooth operations. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Lady, Waitress, or in a similar customer service role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure. Basic English communication is preferred.
