Technical Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Technical Project Manager manages the full transformation program across current-state assessment, target-state design, migration, validation, deployment, decommissioning, and cost optimization. YOU WILL Manage the integrated project plan across architecture, BI, ETL, data modeling, governance, platform, and business workstreams. Coordinate current-state assessment and target-state implementation activities. Track migration waves, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions. Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations. Manage coexistence risks between existing and target platforms. Track report migration, ETL migration, data reconciliation, UAT, deployment, and sign-off. Track licensing optimization and decommissioning milestones. Maintain RAID logs, status reports, steering committee updates, and delivery governance. Ensure legacy components are not left running unnecessarily after target-state migration. Support change management, communication, and business readiness. Desired Candidate Profile TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED Strong experience managing technical data, BI, DWH, or platform transformation programs. Understanding of data architecture, ETL, BI, governance, MDM, and cloud modernization concepts. Strong planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models. Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. Ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams.
