Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist with strong UAE recruitment expertise and proven experience in the manufacturing industry. Desired Candidate Profile 5–8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in the UAE is mandatory. Proven experience recruiting junior, professional, managerial, and senior-level positions. Strong experience in manufacturing industry recruitment, covering both white-collar and blue-collar positions. Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, talent mapping, and candidate management. Proficiency in LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, and CV databases. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business leaders. Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and candidate management skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet recruitment timelines, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, recruitment practices, and company policies. Immediate joiner only. Employment Type Full-time
