Payroll and Recruitment Executive

Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, and statutory contributions for all employees. Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Maintain precise employee records, including personal details, employment history, compensation, and benefits, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various channels and employer branding initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in Human Resources). Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in both payroll administration and talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
