Desired Candidate Profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition through coursework, projects, or previous volunteer experience. Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
