Senior HR Executive

About We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Senior HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives, organize company-wide events, and support HR operations through a strong HR Generalist and HR Business Partnering approach. Qualifications & Experience Master’s Degree in Human Resources (Mandatory) Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience in the UAE Proven experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Generalist functions Exposure to HRBP activities and business partnering with department leaders Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE employment regulations Responsibilities Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives Plan and coordinate monthly employee celebrations and recognition programs Organize annual company events, employee gatherings, and engagement activities Drive employee wellness, morale, and workplace culture initiatives Support performance management and talent development activities Partner with department managers to address employee concerns and improve engagement Assist in HR policy implementation and employee communications Support onboarding, employee relations, and HR operational activities Analyze employee feedback and recommend engagement improvement initiatives Contribute to organizational culture, retention, and employee experience programs Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in Employee Engagement & Employee Relations Proven ability to plan and execute monthly and annual employee events & celebrations Experience in HR Generalist functions across the employee lifecycle Exposure to HR Business Partnering and stakeholder management Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience in employee wellness, recognition, and retention initiatives Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies Strong organizational and event coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and engagement programs simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
