Sales Executive (Shipping)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new shipping contracts with key clients, exceeding sales targets. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving logistics needs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific market segments within the shipping industry. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the maritime or freight forwarding industry. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive B2B environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite for effective sales management. · UAE (Dubai) shipping sales experience is mandatory. · Candidates should have solid shipping sales experience rather than only general sales experience. · We are looking for candidates who have genuinely worked in shipping sales, not those with only a few months of exposure. Nationality: Indian candidates only. · Salary budget: Up to AED 5,000 per month. Candidates with lower salary expectations are also welcome, provided they have the required shipping sales experience.
