Sales Executive -Female

Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential clients. Explain the company’s forex services, trading platforms, and account types. Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients. Assist clients with registration, KYC, account opening, and deposits. Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve monthly sales and client-acquisition targets. Update lead status, follow-ups, and conversions accurately in the CRM. Coordinate with customer support, compliance, and operations teams. Follow company policies and approved communication guidelines. Submit regular sales and performance reports to the team leader.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills, tele sales experience, basic forex knowledge, and fluency in English and Hindi.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in forex sales, tele sales, banking, financial services, credit cards, personal loans, or a related sales field is preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Fluency in both English and Hindi are mandatory. Strong negotiation, customer-handling, and follow-up skills. Target-oriented, confident, energetic, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of forex trading and financial markets is an advantage. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer enquiries. Able to maintain accurate client and follow-up records.
