MEP COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules, ensuring all MEP systems meet design intent and performance criteria. Oversee the testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, verifying airflow, temperature, and humidity levels are within specified parameters. Lead the functional performance testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency generators, and lighting controls, to ensure reliability and safety. Coordinate and witness the testing of plumbing and fire protection systems, confirming water flow rates, pressure, and system functionality. Manage the generation and review of detailed commissioning reports, documenting test results, deficiencies, and resolutions for client and project team. Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of critical systems, including: § Plumbing & Drainage Systems § Electrical Lighting & Power Distribution § HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) § LPG Supply & Safety Systems § Elv Systems (including CCTV, BMS, security system, fire alarm, etc.) § Building Management System (BMS) Integration Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection principles. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
