Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in African countries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agents. Source and coordinate manpower requirements for UAE clients. Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with recruitment partners. Follow up on candidate sourcing, interviews, documentation, and deployment processes. Coordinate with internal operations and PRO teams regarding visa and onboarding requirements. Maintain records of agents, candidates, and recruitment activities. Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and recruitment channels. Prepare periodic reports on recruitment activities and business development progress. Achieve monthly targets for agent onboarding and manpower sourcing. Desired Candidate Profile Basic Schooling 0–1 years of experience in business development, recruitment, manpower supply, or international staffing. Experience working with overseas recruitment agencies is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of recruitment and manpower sourcing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Target-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Existing network of recruitment agents in Africa will be a significant advantage. Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
