Marine Sales Executive (Ship Chandling & Freight Forwarding)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime, offshore, shipping, and logistics industries across GCC countries. Promote and sell ship chandling services, including marine provisions, deck and engine stores, safety equipment, PPE, chemicals, spare parts, and other vessel supplies. Promote and sell freight forwarding services, including sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and project logistics. Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, fleet operators, shipyards, offshore contractors, and procurement departments. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiate commercial terms with clients. Coordinate closely with operations, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the GCC maritime industry. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and regular sales reports. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Ship Chandling, Freight Forwarding, Marine Logistics, Shipping, or Maritime Sales. Strong knowledge of marine supplies, vessel operations, freight forwarding, import/export procedures, and international logistics. Experience dealing with shipping companies, marine contractors, offshore companies, or port operations is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and exceed revenue targets. Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage. Willing to travel within GCC countries when required.
