International Recruitment Consultant

As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to interview coordination and offer management. Working closely with hiring managers across multiple international locations, you ll help identify outstanding professionals who can contribute to deVere s continued global success. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce planning. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple markets. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems. Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance. Promote the deVere brand through engaging recruitment campaigns and social media initiatives. Continuously identify new sourcing methods and recruitment best practices.
