Human Resources Executive

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and employer branding. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws. Assist in employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a positive work environment. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support HR administration, documentation, and other day-to-day HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification will be an added advantage. Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Operations. Good understanding of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and HR best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools (preferred). Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law will be an added advantage Employment Type Full-time
