HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with school/company policies and Egyptian labor law. An HR Generalist handles a broad range of human resources functions, including: Recruiting and onboarding new employees Managing employee records and HR documentation Administering payroll and benefits Supporting performance management and employee development Ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws Handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues Coordinating training and development programs Supporting HR policies and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role. Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good command of English is preferred.
