HR Executive

We are looking for an organized and people-focused HR professional to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support employees and management across the company. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management Handle employee relations and address HR-related inquiries Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Support performance evaluation and training activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2 4 years of HR experience (retail experience is an advantage) Good knowledge of labor law Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information Willingness and ability to travel to IRAQ as required
