Job Description

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making. Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy. Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and employee performance. Support manpower planning by tracking approved vs. actual headcount. Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and hiring trends. Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights for improvement. Support HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. Ensure proper documentation and reporting for HR activities. Coordinate with different departments to gather required HR data and information. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Qualifications &

Experience

Bachelor s Degree in any discipline Fluent in English Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company. Experience in using Online Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
