Field Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are hiring experienced Field Sales Executives for a leading FMCG distribution company in Oman. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting a wide portfolio of food, beverage, and consumer products across retail, wholesale, modern trade, general trade, and HORECA channels. The role requires building strong customer relationships, expanding market coverage, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent product availability across the assigned territory. Roles & Responsibilities: Promote and sell FMCG products to retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers, and HORECA customers. Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales and distribution targets. Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf presence at customer outlets. Introduce new products and execute promotional activities. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure timely product delivery. Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy. Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree. 26 years of experience in FMCG field sales or distribution. Experience handling Retail, General Trade, Modern Trade, or HORECA customers. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business. GCC/Oman FMCG market experience is an added advantage. Valid Oman Driving Licence or Original GCC Driving Licence preferred.
