ERP Program Manager - Oracle Fusion

Job Purpose: We are seeking a hands-on ERP Program Manager to support the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, primarily focused on Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and infrastructure carve-out activities. The role requires strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple workstreams. Scope of Work: 1. Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation: Finance Procurement Human Resources (HR) Maintenance 2. Infrastructure Carve-Out: Transitioning infrastructure ownership from an existing managed service provider to in-house operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end governance of ERP and infrastructure programs Manage program delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Coordinate with system integrators (SI) and business teams to ensure alignment Prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management Oversee budget tracking, risk management, and vendor performance Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders Support basic change management activities when required Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

Prior experience working on 3 4 large-scale ERP programs At least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects Experience in Oil & Gas or asset-intensive industries is preferred Strong background in program governance and delivery oversight Exposure to infrastructure transition or carve-out projects is a plus
