Organizational Development

Bachelor s degree in industrial engineering from a recognized university. 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in organizational development, strategic planning, process improvement, or related fields. Experience in technical writing, research, business development, policy and procedure development, and the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO standards and management systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools is an advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
