Consultant - Integrated Business Transformation (2)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities • Study current operations through discussions, observations, records and transaction data. • Map as-is processes across sales, purchasing, inventory, planning, operations, projects, delivery and finance coordination. • Identify process gaps, delays, control failures, duplicate work and visibility issues. • Support design of practical to-be processes, SOP inputs, controls, roles and escalation points. • Analyse operational data and prepare reports, KPIs and management dashboard requirements. • Coordinate project plans, milestones, actions, risks, dependencies and closure follow-up. • Support ERP/application implementation by explaining operational requirements, validating workflows and coordinating with developers. • Assist with master-data preparation, cleansing, validation, migration and reconciliation. • Participate in UAT, user training, issue closure, go-live support and stabilization. • Work with departmental users to ensure adoption, data discipline and process compliance. • Travel and work at client locations during discovery, implementation and stabilization phases. Desired Candidate Profile core industry experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, projects or operations, with hands-on responsibility in at least two functions such as purchasing, planning, inventory, production, project coordination, estimation, sales operations or data analysis.
