Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible of RNCs, BSCs, transport (IP & Microwave), CME/power maintenance in addition to Operation & maintenance for all sites in area which including all bands 2G,3G & LTE. 1-Site configuration of parameters to follow RF requests, modify TR equipment s, and work on NET echo 2-Field troubleshooting & fix problem for both TR Microwave, RAN and CME/Power. 3-Support to the other department upon requests. 4-Daily Check all BTS & MW, CME clearance alarm, close TKT & resolving and following up all pending issues. 5-Acceptance and on-air new sites or expansions. 6-Daily task O&M follow up. 7- follow up CME maintenance subcontractor 8-Team work & CR implementations. 9-Network performances & KPI with outage follow up. 10-Daily report to Cluster Supervisor.
