Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Hiring for a client in Qatar. A leading engineering and construction company is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee civil construction activities on major Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in marine and infrastructure works while ensuring project quality, safety, and timely execution. Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil) Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams. Oversee underwater concreting, HDPE installation, and marine construction works. Manage scaffolding activities and ensure work quality. Prepare site reports, inspections, and progress updates. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering. 5 8 years of experience in civil construction projects. Oil & Gas project experience is mandatory. Experience in underwater concreting, HDPE installation, scaffolding coordination, and marine works supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
