Business Development Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, turnkey projects, and design-build solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project owners. Identify and pursue high-value commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out projects. Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders, and commercial quotations. Negotiate contracts and successfully close projects to achieve sales targets. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 5 8 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Sales or Business Development. Strong network within real estate, construction, architecture, and interior design sectors. Proven track record in securing fit-out and renovation projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
