Backend Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop reactive, scalable, high-performance backend services using .NET Core within a microservices architecture. Lead technical initiatives by setting coding standards, conducting design reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability, with a focus on cloud-native solutions. Implement advanced security and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate closely with QA and product teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of experience QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend engineering using .NET Core. Proven expertise in developing Web API/RESTful services at scale (including WebSockets). Deep proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks, with strong query optimization skills. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and distributed caching strategies. Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, including message brokers and queue services (e.g., NATS.io, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS). Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable. (CKAD certification would be appreciated).
