Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of the existing Amazon Pinpoint-based VRU solution to Amazon

Connect.

Analyze the current voice application architecture and define the migration strategy.

Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect contact flows for inbound and

outbound voice interactions.

Refactor and enhance existing AWS Lambda functions to support Amazon Connect

workflows.

Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services using event-driven architecture.

Design and optimize Amazon DynamoDB data models to support voice application

requirements.

Build and maintain REST APIs using Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda.

Configure Amazon Connect components, including

Contact Flows

Queues

Routing Profiles

Contact Attributes

Lambda Integrations

Outbound Campaigns (if applicable)

Develop and maintain IVR/VRU business logic for customer self-service experiences.

Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting using Amazon CloudWatch.

Ensure secure implementation using AWS IAM and Secrets Manager.

Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Utilize Devin AI to improve development productivity.

Document solution architecture, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
