Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing shareQ s websites, platforms, and web-based tools. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, support digital projects, and ensure high-quality technical performance. Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain custom websites and web tools. Create and manage websites using custom CMS development. Optimize website content, speed, performance, and accessibility. Work closely with the design and communication teams to build responsive and pixel-perfect web pages. Improve the overall user experience across shareQ s digital platforms. Support search engine optimization through on-page and off-page SEO practices. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Test, debug, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure quality and performance. Use AI tools effectively to improve productivity and speed up development tasks. Explore and test new technologies when needed. Desired Candidate Profile Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, Bootcamp training, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with WordPress and Drupal is a plus. Experience with front-end and back-end frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Moodle LMS is a plus. App development experience is an advantage.
