About the Role

Establishment company is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales (B2B) to expand our corporate client portfolio and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in business development, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate market.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and business proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B corporate sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the facility management, cleaning services, manpower supply, or contracting industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License preferred.
• Good command of English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
