Requirements

Experience in Bahrain/GCC real estate or property management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Existing contacts with property management companies will be an advantage.

Valid Bahrain driving licence.

Own transportation.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

Promote BuildingCare to property management companies.

Arrange meetings and product demonstrations.

Build relationships with decision-makers.

Follow up with prospective clients until contract signing.
