Voice Core Project Manager

The Core Project Manager will provide full support to the Program Manager in delivering consultancy services, quality control and quantity of work performed and ensure high quality deliverable(s). Also, will be responsible for the end-to-end project implementation for Voice & Core control nodes, the task fulfilment and the Consultant's activities related to the Core part of the program. Manage the consultant services, control quality and quantity of work performed, guide the team, and carry the overall responsibility for the task fulfilment and the Consultant's activities. Set objectives and priorities for the execution of Core rollout in line with the project scope and Client s requirements. Ensure a detailed Project Plan for Core rollout and necessary and satisfactory project procedures are established to direct all project work in-order to maintain timely execution and quality of work. Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met. Ensure all Core related dependencies are cleared in line with the overall plan. Monitor Core rollout delivery, optimization and clear acceptance issues across corporate sectors and all portfolios level (for network and consumers) Highlight risks to program delivery plans and provide solutions to mitigate those risks. Coordinate project activities across all stakeholders with all involved departments and sections departments to ensure well-ordered, end-to-end execution of all project tasks. Supervise the completed work results and compare with provided guidelines and project plans. Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results. Establish mechanism to track, review and clarify problem issues raised in the project, and to identify actions needed to resolve project blocking issues. Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Vendors, Contractors and other project stakeholders. Conduct regular reviews of changing project requirements, organization and resource needs, and provide recommendations for changes accordingly. Define and insure the Responsibility Matrix is followed by all stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master or Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Telecommunication. Minimum 5 years telecommunication industry experience with at least 5 years on management position(s) leading large scale Core Network projects. 2+ years managing Core and EPC Engineering and/or Consultancy teams from requirements definition to final design deliverable. Must have vast exposure on E2E Core network, Multi-Operator Core Networks (MOCN), project execution management from project planning_x0008_udgetquality point of view, drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations. Proven knowledge of broad spectrum of radio and network protocols spanning IoT, LTE, 4G, 3G, 2G and WLAN based wireless broadband networks, and also IP technologies Mobile IP, etc. and web-based services platforms. Strong demonstrated experience within the wireless industry, specifically Core and EPC Engineering Design, Optimization and managing the performance (KPIs) of Core network. Valid Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP / Prince 2), with extensive knowledge of PM methodologies and professional experience in program/projects management and delivery Essential
