Provide short-term analytical support to accelerate development of investment-ready business cases for application rationalization, software consolidation, and technology transformation initiatives.

Focus Areas

Partner with software and other technical IT teams to develop business cases

Build DCF, NPV, ROI, and payback analyses

Quantify investment requirements, savings opportunities, and value drivers

Establish consistent business case methodologies across initiatives

Support prioritization of software consolidation opportunities

Assist with benefit tracking and value realization reporting

Prepare financial analyses required for governance and funding approvals
