URGENT HIRING – Accounts Assistant cum Service Advisor

Prepare job cards, estimates, invoices, receipts, and customer records. Coordinate vehicle repair and service work with technicians. Update customers on job status, repair requirements, and estimated completion time. Handle customer enquiries professionally and ensure excellent service. Assist with basic accounts work, including payment follow-up and Excel records. Maintain accurate workshop, job-card, and customer documentation. Support smooth daily operations of the garage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently available in the UAE. UAE experience in an automotive garage or workshop is preferred. Experience as an Accounts Assistant, Service Advisor, or in a similar role. Knowledge of automotive service procedures and workshop operations. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Salary: AED 2,500–3,500 per month, depending on experience.
