Tig Welder

Perform welding using approved processes such as SMAW (Arc), GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), FCAW, or SAW, as applicable. Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and fabrication specifications. Prepare joints by cleaning, beveling, aligning, and tack welding components. Set up and operate welding machines, torches, and related equipment. Ensure welding parameters are maintained as per the approved WPS. Inspect welds visually and correct defects through grinding or repair welding when required. Coordinate with fitters, inspectors, and supervisors to ensure work is completed as per schedule. Maintain welding equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements. Follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and maintain good housekeeping in the work area. Complete production and quality records as required. Desired Candidate Profile 12th Passed.
