General Manager – Luxury Resort

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the luxury resort
• Drive exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Lead and manage Rooms Division, F&B, Spa/Wellness and other resort operations
• Take ownership of revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and overall commercial performance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction and profitability
• Lead, mentor and develop senior management and operational teams
• Ensure luxury brand standards and SOPs are consistently maintained
• Manage VIP guests and build strong relationships with key guests and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive business growth and market positioning
• Ensure compliance with operational, health, safety and quality standards
• Represent the resort professionally with owners, partners and external stakeholders
• Drive a strong culture of service excellence and operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently working in the UAE in a luxury hotel/resort environment. Indian nationality. Experience as General Manager, Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, Director of Operations, Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) or similar senior leadership role. Strong luxury hospitality/resort experience. Candidates who are ready for their first GM role may also be considered if they have strong operational ownership. Strong exposure to Rooms + F&B + Spa/Wellness + commercial operations. Proven experience managing large teams and complex resort operations. Strong understanding of luxury guest experience and service delivery. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Resort experience is essential. Employment Type Full-time
