Tekla Steel Detailer

Develop precise 3D models of steel structures using Tekla Structures, ensuring adherence to project specifications and BIM standards. Generate detailed fabrication and erection drawings, including connection details, member lists, and material take-offs. Collaborate closely with structural engineers and project managers to clarify design intent and resolve any discrepancies. Perform clash detection and interference checks within the 3D model to prevent on-site construction issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a relevant technical field is advantageous. Hold certifications in Tekla Structures or related steel detailing programs. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in structural steel detailing. Demonstrate proficiency in Tekla Structures, including advanced modeling and drawing generation.
