Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technology, Product & Operations Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, design, AI, data, and operations functions. In this role, you will partner closely with technology and business leaders, build strong talent pipelines, and attract top technical talent to support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering, product, design, AI, data, and operations functions. Proactively source and engage top technical talent through various sourcing channels and professional networks. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles. Partner with technology, product, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance. Conduct structured candidate assessments and interviews to ensure high-quality hiring decisions. Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management with hiring teams. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology, product, engineering, or operations roles. Experience sourcing and hiring technical and hard-to-fill talent in competitive markets. Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Experience recruiting for engineering, product, AI, data, or design functions. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience partnering with technology leaders and hiring managers. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills using structured, evidence-based approaches. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Recruitment experience within technology, fintech, digital, or startup environments is highly preferred. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
