Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Hiring for a client in Qatar. A leading engineering and construction company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise civil works on Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of site activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily civil construction activities. Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and site resources. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor work progress and prepare site reports. Coordinate scaffold activities and lifting operations. Supervise concrete repair and maintenance works. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in Civil Engineering or Trade Certification. Minimum 8 years of experience supervising civil construction projects. Experience in Oil & Gas projects is preferred. Knowledge of scaffold safety, lifting supervision, and concrete repair works.
