Technical Sales Executive-Floor Coating

Identify and develop new business opportunities for floor coatings (epoxy/polyurethane), and MMA & Road marking products. Generate leads and convert them into sales by visiting contractors, applicators, clients, and government authorities/municipalities. Work in coordination with the specification and technical team to follow up on specified projects and convert them into purchase orders. Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable product systems, and provide basic technical guidance. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders in line with company policies. Ensure timely delivery, application coordination, and after-sales support. Maintain updated customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per assigned KPIs. Provide market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to promote product awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Paints, Construction Chemicals, Floor Coatings, or Road Marking Products, preferably in the UAE/GCC region. Strong network of contractors, applicators, or government project buyers is a plus. Basic knowledge of technical product application and system recommendations. Excellent communication and sales negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage). Valid UAE/GCC driving license. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Employment Type Full-time
