Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, clinically proficient Sales & Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Muscat. In this dual-capability role, you will drive commercial growth while delivering expert intra-procedural support to Interventional Cardiologists, Structural Heart Specialists, and Vascular Surgeons. You will play a vital, hands-on role in advanced structural heart and aortic endovascular procedures, specifically Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement/Repair (TTVR), Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and Aortic Endovascular Repair (TEVAR/EVAR). Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical & Intra-Procedural Support (Cath Lab / Hybrid OR) Expert Case Support: Provide real-time technical and clinical support during complex structural heart (TTVR, TAVR) and aortic/peripheral vascular procedures (EVAR, TEVAR, complex PCI). Pre-Procedural Planning: Collaborate with physicians on patient case planning, CT scan analysis, valve/graft sizing, and device selection. Device Management: Ensure flawless preparation, handling, loading, and deployment of specialized structural heart valves, delivery catheters, and endovascular graft systems. Clinical Training: Conduct structured product and procedural training for cardiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and cath lab staff. 2. Commercial Growth & Territory Management Sales Execution: Achieve sales revenue, volume, and market share targets for designated product lines across public and private hospitals in Oman (MOH, Military, SQUH, Private Centers). Market Expansion: Identify strategic commercial opportunities to introduce new cardiovascular technologies and drive product conversion. Tenders & Evaluations: Lead clinical trials, product evaluations, and support the preparation of technical/commercial tender proposals. 3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management KOL Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Chief Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Cath Lab Managers. Manufacturer Liaison: Serve as the primary technical bridge between global manufacturing partners, local clinical stakeholders, and internal sales operations. Key Competencies Clinical Composure: Exceptional composure, adaptability, and sharp decision-making under pressure in high-acuity Cath Lab environments. Commercial Drive: Proven track record in technical consultative selling, objection handling, and closing deals in complex healthcare accounts. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent clinical field. Clinical

Experience

Minimum 35 years of hands-on Cath Lab / OR clinical support and medical device sales experience. Procedural Expertise: Direct hands-on experience in Structural Heart procedures (TAVR, TTVR, TMVR, LAAC) and/or Aortic Endovascular Repair (EVAR/TEVAR) is mandatory. Diagnostic

  • Proven expertise in interpreting CT angiography, echocardiography (TEE/TTE), and fluoroscopy for pre-case sizing and procedural navigation
  • Language & Mobility: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a strong advantage)
