Technical Co-Ordinator Procurement
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of indirect materials, MRO items, spare parts, consumables, and business services while ensuring timely availability and cost optimization. Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard suppliers to achieve the best commercial and service outcomes. Conduct RFQs, RFPs, tenders, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations in line with procurement policies. Manage transportation, haulier, and fleet leasing contracts to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Coordinate procurement of vehicle branding, fleet graphics, and related service contracts. Administer contractual scrap sales, disposal tenders, and vendor agreements while maximizing revenue and ensuring compliance. Monitor critical spare parts inventory levels and collaborate with maintenance teams to prevent stock shortages. Manage supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs, periodic reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare procurement dashboards, spend analysis, cost-saving reports, and management presentations. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and company governance standards. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of procurement experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics, or Industrial environments. Strong expertise in Indirect Procurement, MRO, Spare Parts, Transportation, Fleet Leasing, and Service Contract Management. Proven experience in supplier sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, tender management, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations. Proficient in SAP or Oracle ERP, with strong skills in Advanced Microsoft Excel, spend analysis, and procurement reporting. Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strong commercial mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple procurement projects while delivering cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
