Our work depends on you joining our team to leverage your intermediate hands on work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting / maintenance of communications systems / equipment.HOW A Tech Control Facility Technician II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and/or other types of components and equipment. Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of communications systems or equipment. May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals. Provides advice and a range of onsite training for customer support personnel.WHAT YOU LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Required Technical Skills: Intermediate hands on work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment. Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of communications systems or equipment. Security Clearance Level: SECRET Required Skills and Abilities: Must meet the certification requirement of DoW 8570.01-M or otherwise stated in SPIN-C or individual task order. The contractor is expected to have, but is not limited to, the following IT certificate: Security+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching or Service Provider Preferred Skills: Desired Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science Desired Experience: 3+ years of related experience Location: On Customer Site US Citizenship Required (for clearance) Must meet the certification requirement of DoW 8570.01-M or otherwise stated in SPIN-C or individual task order.
