We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager with a strong background in UAE real estate development to manage the company s tax function and ensure compliance with UAE and international tax requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, along with good exposure to International Tax, cross-border transactions, tax structuring, and tax planning. Key Responsibilities Manage the company s UAE tax compliance and reporting requirements. Oversee UAE Corporate Tax calculations, filings, and compliance. Manage VAT compliance, returns, assessments, and related matters. Advise on tax implications of real estate acquisitions, developments, investments, disposals, and transactions. Provide support on international tax matters and cross-border transactions. Assist with tax planning and development of tax-efficient structures. Monitor changes in UAE and international tax legislation and assess their impact on the business. Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and relevant authorities. Manage tax audits, assessments, queries, and correspondence with tax authorities. Identify tax risks and ensure appropriate controls and documentation are maintained. Provide tax advice and reports to senior management. Ensure compliance across multiple entities, projects, and investments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of tax experience in the UAE. Mandatory experience in UAE real estate development, real estate investment, or a closely related real estate environment. Strong practical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT. Good exposure to International Tax and cross-border transactions. Experience with tax planning, structuring, and tax risk management. Strong understanding of UAE tax regulations and compliance requirements. Experience dealing with external tax advisors, auditors, and/or tax authorities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. CA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
