Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential growth areas. Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and solution provider. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment. Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimal customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client. Desired Candidate Profile Holds relevant certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) to showcase expertise and commitment to continuous learning. Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the Mechanical industry, including key players, market trends, and competitive landscape. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions and presentations. Displays a willingness to travel as required, to meet clients and attend industry events. Exhibits strong personal qualities, such as a self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach. Possesses exceptional soft skills, including strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, cranes, piling rigs, or related industrial equipment.
